Job Description

Project management:

Defining technical goals, setting project guidelines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure delivery within budget and deadlines.

Technical guidance:

Providing technical direction, writing code when necessary, and ensuring the team follows best practices and standards.

Team leadership:

Mentoring and training team members, fostering collaboration, and conducting code reviews to provide constructive feedback.

Problem-solving:

Analyzing user needs, identifying and resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting problems that arise during development.

Quality assurance:

Ensuring the final product meets high-quality standards through code reviews, automated testing, and security audits.
