Job Summary

The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects by leveraging their expertise in SFMC Exact Target SFMC CDP and DMP API SQL and more. With a hybrid work model and no travel required this position offers a dynamic and flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience and will contribute significantly to our companys mission by ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of solutions using SFMC Exact Target ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee the integration of SFMC CDP and DMP to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. Provide expertise in API development and management to facilitate seamless communication between systems. Develop and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation. Utilize logical data modeling techniques to design robust and scalable data structures. Implement and maintain JavaScript CSS and HTML code to enhance user interface and experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions. Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all technical implementations. Contribute to the development of sales planning and execution strategies leveraging domain expertise. Drive multi-channel initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications Possess strong experience in SFMC Exact Target SFMC CDP and DMP API SQL JavaScript CSS and HTML. Demonstrate expertise in logical data modeling and data structure design. Exhibit knowledge in sales planning and execution and multi-channel strategies. Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
