Job SummaryThe Technical Lead in .net, and c# will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of .net applications. They will be tasked with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the codebase, as well as providing technical guidance and support to the junior developers.Key Responsibilities1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure and scalable .net applications.2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery.3. Perform coding, code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance.4. Implement best practices for .net development and ensure compliance with coding standards.5. Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the .net and c# space to recommend improvements and enhancements.6. Provide mentorship and technical expertise to junior team members.Skill Requirements1. Strong proficiency in .net developmentand c# programming.2. Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.3. Familiarity with devops practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. (1.)

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
