Job Description

This position is open to candidates from Tamil Nadu only.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers

? Participate in full-stack development across frontend and backend systems

? Design and review system architecture, including microservices and microfrontend architectures

? Develop and maintain scalable backend services

? Work with cloud and server infrastructure, including AWS and aaPanel

? Manage DNS configurations and mail servers (including GoDaddy DNS)

? Identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure timely project delivery

? Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

? Break down requirements into technical tasks and assist with sprint planning

? Act as a technical point of contact between management and the engineering team

? Coordinate with company leadership and the development team to align technical execution with business requirements

Required Skills

? Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Express.js

? Hands-on experience with microfrontend and microservices architectures

? Experience with Docker and container-based deployments

? Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

? Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL (experience with additional databases is a plus)

? Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms

? Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version control

? Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
