Technical Lead / Technical Project Manager (Java & Python) (9 - 15 Years)

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead who can drive multiple submodules, anchor technical delivery, and lead cross-functional teams to closure on critical issues. This role demands a strong technical foundation, leadership acumen, and the ability to operate with urgency and ownership in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the technical execution across 6 core submodules, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all module-related delivery and coordination. Provide technical direction, hands-on guidance, and mentoring to development teams working on Java and Python-based applications. Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, architects, and internal teams to analyze, plan, and resolve escalated technical issues with speed and accuracy. Ensure end-to-end module ownership from requirement understanding and technical design to deployment and post-production support. Implement and uphold best practices in coding, design, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and ensure timely and quality delivery of features and fixes. Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and other interfacing teams to maintain seamless integration and high availability of all services. Drive continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation within the team. Technical Skills & Competencies: Strong hands-on proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, Hibernate). Working knowledge and implementation experience in Python-based applications. Proficiency with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Strong understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred) and SQL-based systems (Oracle PL/SQL). Solid grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git version control.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Experience with monitoring and visualization tools like Grafana, MongoDB Charts. Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and real-time data processing. Front-end exposure with Angular or any modern JS framework is a plus.

A self-starter who demonstrates ownership, urgency, and precision in execution. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
