About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead / Architect with extensive experience in Teamcenter PLM modules, customizations, and architecture. The ideal candidate will lead and design Teamcenter solutions, integrate with downstream systems, and guide cross-functional teams in the implementation of custom applications. Strong technical skills, particularly in Teamcenter module configuration and customization, along with client interaction capabilities, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Teamcenter Module Expertise:

• Leverage in-depth knowledge in Teamcenter modules including Parts, Documents, BOMs, Change Management, Vendor Management (AML), Supplier Collaboration, workflow, visualization, configuration management, and Project Management.

Configuration & Customization:

• Configure Teamcenter using BMIDE, Workflows, Access Control, and customize based on client needs.
• Modify Teamcenter\'s out-of-the-box features, including custom workflows, UI configurations, data models, and data management.

Solution Design & Integration:

• Design and implement solutions for multi-BOM management, Product Configurator, and CAD integrations.
• Integrate Teamcenter with downstream systems through custom SOAs and develop web services, data exports, and reporting solutions.

Architecture & Development:

• Configure Teamcenter server architecture, including FMS, security services, and Dispatcher services.
• Work on active workspace client configurations, custom services, and extending data models using Teamcenter SOA Services and Dispatcher.

Programming & Customization:

• Develop custom applications using Java, C++, .NET, or JavaScript.
• Use ITK and Teamcenter Active Workspace customization tools, such as JavaScript for AW customizations and C/C++ for server-side solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication:

• Conduct requirements and design workshops to gather and document business requirements, aligning solutions to business needs.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:

• 10+ years in Teamcenter configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience in Teamcenter server architecture and configuration.
• Experience working with CAD integrations and developing custom solutions for downstream system integration.
• Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, Active Workspace customization, Teamcenter SOA, and Dispatcher.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C++, .NET, JavaScript).
• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Experience in leading workshops and cross-functional requirements gathering sessions is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in conducting design and requirements workshops, documenting outcomes, and following up on action items.
