Summary:



UST is looking for a

Technical Lead

with 9+ years of experience to coordinate a small technical team in partnership with Product Owner(s) to assess requirements, conduct feasibility/impact analysis, design response, and develop/test/deploy software solutions.


The Opportunity:



Coordinate a small technical team in partnership with Product Owner(s) to assess requirements, conduct feasibility/impact analysis, design response, and develop/test/deploy software solutions. Platform Optimization based on researched Salesforce and BKMs Technical Debt Discovery and Remediation Efforts Understand business requirements in collaboration with project team and business stakeholders Deliver scope in collaboration with Product Owner and Stakeholders Develop customer portal user experience enhancements Plan and Conduct Unit, Functional and end-to-end integration testing Develop and adapt a team scrum model in partnership with the product owner(s)/project lead Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow Builder Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data integrity Optimize existing case management, opportunity management, customer portal, knowledge, and omnichannel routing Build and maintain both standard reports and dashboards as well as CRM Analytics dashboards, recipes, and datasets Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules Integrate Salesforce with third-party and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs/Mulesoft or other middleware Develop Einstein Insights and Actions to optimize user adoption Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, stabilization, and system documentation


What you need:




Required Skills:



Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow Builder) Experience with CRM Analytics, dashboards, and data management Knowledge of Salesforce configuration - objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware (Mulesoft preferred) Understanding of Salesforce security model, data integrity, and environment management Strong experience in testing methodologies - Unit, Functional, and Integration Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Qualification:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Application Architect) preferred
