Job Title: Technical Lead Salesforce

Job description:- Apptad is looking for a Technical Lead Salesforce profile, It is a Full-Time/Long-term opportunity with us.

• Manage the development team providing technical expertise in the design, build and launch of features on Salesforce Marketing/Sales/Service/Commerce Cloud platform(s).
• Collaborate/communicate with the customers, PMO, and internal and external business and development teams to deliver optimal technology solutions on SDFC.
• Maintains a high level of familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.
• Collaborates with team to identify, evaluate, and implement new applications, business processes and technologies to drive business performance improvements and project delivery satisfaction.
• Analyze and provide technical assessment/efforts on how works could be planned and processed, utilizing tools like Jira etc.
• Work through Agile utilizing Kanban or Scrum frameworks.
• Participates in project meetings, design reviews, training, exercises, and other events as required in support of projects and overall SF unit\'s governance.
• Train/Guide members for upskilling and getting certified.
• Able to support the full code review and release management for SDFC.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent or above experience
• Total 7 + Years: 5 years of application Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience and around 2+ years of experience in leading projects technically and functionally.
• SDFC Developer and or any related certification preferred.
• Having know how of LWC, Apex classes, Triggers andDeployment Procedures of SFDC.
• Good to have, working experience/understanding of Vlocity, Conga Composer.
• Good to have an understanding of Salesforce B2C and B2B commerce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades.
• Good to know how to engage and nurture SF partnerships, actively working within the trailblazer community.
• Strong understanding of SDFC development which may include JavaScript, Digital Script, ISML, HTML5, CSS etc.
• Experience leveraging web services to integrate Salesforce with external apps (REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON).
• Expertise in developing software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs. Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards
• Strong experience with CI/CD deployment framework. Experience with Version Control Systems (especially Git-based) preferred.
• Experience and comfort working with virtual teams across time zones.
• Good working experience with database technologies and designing data structures.
