We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers and technical resources to deliver high quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and technical resources.
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed by the team.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectively.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, particularly in the Financial Services Cloud domain.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Participate in client meetings to present solutions and gather feedback.
Mandatory Skills
Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
Experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce certifications, particularly in Financial Services Cloud.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of integration techniques with third party systems.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools in Salesforce.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a leadership role.
