Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for our Mobile App division. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality mobile applications using React Native and other modern technologies. You will guide a team of developers, ensuring the successful execution of projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile app developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
- Oversee the development of mobile applications using React Native and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
- Utilize tools such as Firebase, Slack, Notion, Google Docs, GitHub, and Stoplight to manage project workflows and communication effectively.
- Implement and maintain coding standards and practices using JavaScript, TypeScript, Git, and Node/Npm.
- Leverage design tools like Figma to translate UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications.
- Manage state management with MobX State Tree and ensure efficient data handling within the app.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of GitHub repositories and handle issues efficiently.
- Utilize Posix CLI for development and deployment tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in React Native and React.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of Node/Npm.
- Experience with state management libraries, particularly MobX State Tree.
- Familiarity with development tools and platforms such as Git, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Google Docs, and Stoplight.
- Proficiency in using design tools like Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
- Solid understanding of version control systems and issue tracking via GitHub.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Posix CLI and managing development workflows.
- A passion for gaming and a strong desire to create engaging mobile experiences.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the gaming industry or with gaming-related applications.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
