About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

React Tech Lead

with strong expertise in

React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript

, along with proven experience in

cloud-native deployments (GCP), Kubernetes, and containerized environments

.

This role demands a balance of

hands-on coding

and

technical leadership

, ensuring the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications while guiding the team on best practices and deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of large-scale, responsive web applications using

React and Node.js

. Define

frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices

for the team. Drive

component reusability, scalability, and maintainability

across projects. Provide

technical leadership and mentorship

through design reviews, code reviews, and pair programming. Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams for seamless

API and middleware integrations

. Oversee

GCP-based deployments

, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable delivery. Implement

containerization and orchestration

using

Docker and Kubernetes

. Lead efforts on

CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation

. Ensure

performance optimization, security, and scalability

across all layers. Stay updated with

emerging frontend and cloud technologies

, evaluating tools/frameworks for adoption.

Core Technical Skills

Frontend:

React (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI design.

Backend:

Node.js (REST APIs, Express.js, microservices architecture).

Cloud & DevOps:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Cloud Run, GKE, IAM, Pub/Sub, Storage.

Containerization & Orchestration:

Docker, Kubernetes (preferably GKE).

Version Control & CI/CD:

Git, GitHub/GitLab, automated pipelines.

Testing:

Jest, React Testing Library, unit & integration testing.

Desirable Skills

Experience with

GraphQL

or

gRPC

for data interactions. Knowledge of

Infrastructure as Code

(Terraform/Cloud Deployment Manager). Familiarity with observability tools (

Prometheus, Grafana

). Awareness of modern security practices (

JWT, OAuth, API security

).
