Technical Lead

Experience- 8-12 Years



Location- Kochi, Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune





We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our development team. This role is critical in building and scaling our next-generation applications, which heavily leverage Generative AI and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader capable of driving complex projects from concept to deployment.




+ Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using

Python

(e.g., Flask/Django)

OR .NET

(e.g., C#/ASP.NET Core).
+ Build responsive and dynamic single-page applications (SPAs) using

Angular

.
+ Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
+ Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on

Microsoft Azure

, utilizing services like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
+ Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to automate deployment and testing.
+ Monitor and optimize application performance, cost, and security within the Azure environment.
+ Work with vector databases and search technologies relevant to Gen AI applications.
+ Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
+ Ensure high quality and reliability through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
+ Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers

Required Qualifications

Experience:

6-10 years

of progressive professional experience in software development.

Full Stack Proficiency:

Strong proficiency

in one of the following backend stacks: +

Python:

Extensive experience with common frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
+

OR .NET:

Extensive experience with C# and the .NET Framework / .NET Core.

Front-end:

Strong proficiency

in

Angular

(version 10+ preferred) with 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience.

Cloud:

3+ years

of recent, hands-on experience designing and deploying production applications on

Microsoft Azure

.

Gen AI:

Proven experience working on at least one project involving

Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures

for at least 1 year

Database:

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB).

DevOps:

Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Good experience mentoring and leading a team of developers

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with other Gen AI toolsets (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex). Deep understanding of security best practices in Azure and application development. Familiarity with TDD or BDD methodologies. Certifications such as

Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)

.

Educational qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or relevant field
