Role: Technical Lead / Principal Backend Engineer

Summary:
Lead the backend architecture for our Health Claim Management Solution, enforcing Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Standards Enforcement: Clean Architecture, SOLID principles & Constructor-Based Dependency InjectionCore Development (Hands-on)API & Integration DesignTesting StrategyMentorshipSkill
Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years in Java development, with 3+ years leading teams in a Spring Boot environment.
Technical Mastery: Java Spring Boot 3+ and Spring Data JPA. Experience with Vector Databases (integration patterns).
Quality Focus: Obsession with code quality, static analysis (SonarQube), and automated testing patterns.
Database: Advanced SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred) aDocumentation: OpenAPI/Swagger documentation and JavaDoc.
