Responsibilities * Leading a team of developers and providing guidance to implement efficient and scalable PHP-based applications.

• Writing clean, efficient, and high-performing code in PHP.
• Architecting system designs and ensuring proper implementations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Reviewing code for best practices, performance optimization, and scalability.

Requirements * 8+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with at least 2 years experience as a Technical Lead.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Proficiency in database management, including MySQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience in RESTful APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
