who can lead coding education initiatives, mentor trainers, and prepare students to excel in

technical interviews at top companies.

Position Overview

The Technical Lead - Training & Placement will play a key role in designing, leading, and

delivering training programs focused on Data Structures, Algorithms, Java, Python, and

Competitive Programming. This individual will train both faculty and students, mentor

coding teams, and align technical training strategies with placement goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in software development,

problem-solving, and algorithmic thinking (LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, etc.), along

with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

? Design and implement technical training programs focused on Data Structures,

Algorithms, Java, Python, and Competitive Programming.

? Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to upskill internal faculty and mentors.

? Mentor students preparing for technical interviews, hackathons, and coding

contests.

? Organize regular coding bootcamps, workshops, and mock placement drives.

? Guide students in solving LeetCode/Codeforces-level problems and mastering

system design fundamentals.

? Track student performance and ensure consistent improvement toward placement

targets.

? Collaborate with the placement cell to align training content with current industry

and recruiter requirements.

? Develop custom problem sets, coding challenges, and assessments to measure

student competency.

? Encourage participation in national and international competitive programming

contests.

? Stay updated with emerging technologies, interview trends, and placement

strategies in the IT industry.

Required Qualifications

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

? 10+ years of experience in software development, training, or mentoring in technical

domains.

? Strong command of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming,

and System Design.

? Hands-on expertise in Java and Python (C++ is an added advantage).

? Proven experience and active participation in competitive programming platforms

(LeetCode, Codeforces, CodeChef, HackerRank, etc.).

? Strong understanding of placement-level coding assessments and technical

interview patterns used by top recruiters (e.g., Amazon, Google, Infosys, TCS, etc.).

? Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

? Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students toward successful

placements.

Preferred Qualifications

? Experience working in an academic or training institute environment.

? Exposure to AI/ML, Web Development, or Full-Stack concepts for broader

placement opportunities.

? Record of mentoring students who succeeded in national coding contests or top IT

placements.

? Familiarity with Agile learning methods, online teaching tools, and coding platforms.
