Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Technical Lead

with deep expertise in

Oracle CC&B, C2M, CCS

, and

MDM

to lead the technical delivery of Oracle Utilities projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end Oracle Utilities solutions in the

Power, Gas, and Water

industries. This role requires hands-on leadership in designing and developing RICE components, as well as mentoring development teams throughout the SDLC.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as the

Technical Lead

for the design, build, testing, and deployment of Oracle

CC&B/C2M/CCS

technical solutions. Lead and contribute to the development of

RICE components

(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions). Translate functional specifications into detailed

technical design documents

, ensuring alignment with overall architecture. Guide development teams in implementing customizations, enhancements, and configurations within Oracle Utilities applications. Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to validate technical feasibility and completeness of solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance tuning, and code optimization best practices. Provide oversight and review of code developed by team members, ensuring quality and maintainability. Participate in client discussions, status meetings, and technical workshops. Support testing and deployment processes across multiple environments. Contribute to knowledge-sharing and capability-building within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

6+ years

of experience in technical roles on Oracle

CC&B/C2M/CCS

projects. Hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing RICE components. Strong understanding of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Experience in

at least 2 full lifecycle implementations

of Oracle CC&B/MDM/C2M/CCS. Proficiency in

Java

,

OUAF scripting

,

XAI

,

BOs

,

BPEL

(preferred).

Desired Skills:

Exposure to

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

and

Oracle DB

administration/performance tuning. Familiarity with cloud-native tools and deployment strategies in Oracle Utilities. Experience in Utilities sector covering

Power, Water, or Gas

domains.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering

, or a related field. Oracle certifications in Utilities products (nice to have).
