Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Lead

with strong expertise in

Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, NestJS, and AWS-based Microservices architectures

. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, design scalable backend solutions, and ensure best practices in code quality, architecture, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend systems using

Node.js

,

TypeScript

, and

NestJS

. Architect, develop, and maintain

microservices-based

applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. Design and consume

RESTful APIs

for various services and integrations. Drive technical decisions and ensure best practices in code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and cloud deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- Product, DevOps, QA, and UI/UX -- to deliver high-quality solutions. Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging

AWS services

(e.g., Lambda, EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, API Gateway). Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and architectural discussions. Monitor system health and optimize application performance and cost efficiency on the cloud.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years

of software development experience, with at least

3+ years in a technical lead or senior engineer role

. Strong proficiency in

Node.js

,

TypeScript

, and

JavaScript (ES6+)

. Solid understanding of

NestJS

,

Express.js

, or similar frameworks. Proven experience in designing and building

RESTful APIs

and

Microservices architectures

. Hands-on experience with

AWS Cloud

(Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, etc.). Strong understanding of

CI/CD pipelines

Git

, and

containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g.,

). Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science
