Experience:

8-12 years in enterprise application development

Key Skills:

Proficiency in .NET, C#, React Experience with SQL DB/PostgreSQL Strong knowledge of API and Microservices
Hands-on coding experience

Entity Framework 8 (EF Core 8) Understanding of various AI technologies and their application in product development Design and Architect enterprise solutions

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support Engage in hands-on coding and development tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement enterprise applications Utilize AI technologies to enhance product development Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within set timelines Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and career growth Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

Experience in agile development methodologies * Certification in relevant technologies or project management
