Technical Lead for React Native development

to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices in mobile app development.


The ideal candidate can turn mere ideas into execution and beyond. iOS/Android app making is an art, and we are looking for a maestro who knows it inside out. By designing great quality applications and fixing glitches, our prospective developer should not be afraid to venture deep into the changing and dynamic world of technology. The developers job entails working as a part of a team, so all team players are welcome.

Responsibilities

Define the app features, keeping in mind the scope of work Continually work towards identifying potential issues and fixing them on the device Write crisp, clean, and effective codes as a developer and programmer Full involvement in the complete lifecycle of the development stage, from design, testing, fixing and beyond Work towards maintaining the quality, usability and responsiveness of the application Coordinate with BA & PM to update them on the progress and status of the application and implement their feedback Translate the vision of the client into a responsive, bug-free, and reliable app Adapt to the fast-paced innovation in the app development world

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Prior experience working as an app developer - 7-8 Years Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/MobX Solid understanding of

mobile app architecture, state management, navigation, and performance optimization

Mobile application development with Mapbox or any other Maps Tool Ability to identify and resolve problems as a programmer Experience integrating

APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and analytics tools

. Familiarity with

CI/CD tools

(Fastlane, Bitrise, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Knowledge of

app store deployment process

(Google Play & Apple App Store) Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Experience in

Agile/Scrum

methodology

Preferred skills and qualifications

Familiarity with working with common testing tools Master's degree in computer engineering or a related field * Knowledge in continuous integration as an iOS developer
