Expert knowledge in mobile development frameworks and languages, including Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, etc. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience in leading and managing complex mobile development projects. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience in managing client relationships and expectations. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance processes. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. Proficiency in resource allocation and management to ensure optimal use of team members and tools. Ability to plan and adjust resources based on project demands and timelines. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for client deliverables, testing, estimations, and release. Translate client's business requirements and objectives into technical applications and solutions. Design, develop, and implement new software, technology, or modifications to existing Applications. Troubleshoot and identify bugs in existing software, design, and release fixes. Make recommendations for continuous improvement of SDLC. Lead and oversee mobile development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Supervise, mentor, and support a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction. Oversee project scope, handle change requests (CR), and ensure timely delivery of milestones Interact with clients to create technology specifications from business requirements Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues, propose effective technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Ensure that best practices and coding standards are adhered to across all projects. Implement and maintain robust testing procedures to ensure the quality and performance of mobile applications. Conduct code reviews and ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Prepare and present project reports and documentation as required. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices. Allocate resources effectively to ensure project goals are met. Manage team workload and ensure a balanced distribution of tasks. Review and enhance current processes and methodologies to improve quality, reduce risk, and optimize timelines Contribute to the strategic planning of the company's mobile development initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to align mobile development projects with overall company goals. Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines or quality Has to perform all team lead-related roles and responsibilities.
