Job Summary

The Technical Lead role is pivotal in managing and optimizing network security and performance within our organization. With a focus on Palo Alto Firewall and F5 BIG-IP Advanced Firewall the candidate will ensure robust protection and efficient load balancing. The role involves working with cloud networks specifically Cisco Meraki and requires expertise in switching and routing with Cisco technologies. This hybrid work model offers flexibility while maintaining a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of Palo Alto Firewall systems to ensure optimal network security and performance. Oversee the configuration and maintenance of F5 BIG-IP Advanced Firewall to enhance load balancing and secure network traffic. Provide expert guidance in the deployment and management of cloud networks using Cisco Meraki to support scalable and reliable connectivity. Manage switching and routing protocols with Cisco technologies to ensure seamless data flow and network efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that align with business objectives. Conduct regular assessments and audits of network systems to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements. Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize user experience. Implement wireless network solutions to support mobile and remote access for employees and stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve network infrastructure. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure the integration of cutting-edge technologies and solutions. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive innovation and efficiency in network operations.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Palo Alto Firewall systems demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize security protocols effectively. Have extensive experience with F5 BIG-IP Advanced Firewall showcasing skills in load balancing and traffic management. Demonstrate proficiency in cloud networks particularly Cisco Meraki with a focus on scalable and reliable connectivity solutions. Exhibit advanced knowledge in switching and routing with Cisco technologies ensuring seamless data flow and network efficiency. Show capability in implementing wireless network solutions to support mobile and remote access for employees and stakeholders.
