Job Summary

As a Technical Lead you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining network solutions that enhance connectivity and security. You will leverage your expertise in Cisco ISE Firewall Wireless Networking - Aruba and Switching & Routing HP to drive impactful projects. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on day shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of network solutions that optimize connectivity and security for the organization Oversee the configuration and management of Cisco ISE to ensure robust identity and access management across the network Provide technical expertise in Firewall management ensuring the protection of network infrastructure from external threats Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Wireless Networking solutions using Aruba technology enhancing wireless connectivity Implement and maintain Switching & Routing solutions using HP technology to ensure efficient data flow and network performance Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes Troubleshoot network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and changes for future reference Provide training and support to team members on network technologies and best practices Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve network solutions Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all network implementations Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing network infrastructure thereby improving overall productivity and security. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in Cisco ISE for identity and access management Exhibit strong skills in Firewall configuration and management for network security Possess expertise in Wireless Networking with Aruba technology for optimal connectivity Showcase experience in Switching & Routing using HP technology for efficient network operations Have a solid understanding of network protocols and architecture Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in network troubleshooting Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
