Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical execution of multiple projects. Create detailed JIRA project plans, define epics, user stories, and sub-tasks, and manage sprint cycles. Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions with the team. Track development progress and ensure adherence to defined timelines and deliverables. Generate JIRA reports and dashboards for project tracking and share periodic updates with the Admin/Management. Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA, and product stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, coding standards, and documentation. Manage version control (Git) and coordinate CI/CD activities with DevOps engineers. Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks or risks impacting delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong expertise in one or more modern tech stacks: Frontend: React.js / Angular / Vue.js Backend: Node.js / .NET Core / PHP (CodeIgniter or Laravel) Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB Mobile (Preferred): React Native / Flutter Proficiency in JIRA for planning, sprint management, story tracking, and report generation. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practical involvement in sprint ceremonies. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and deployment practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability. Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.
