Role Overview

:

As Technical Lead you will be crucial in driving the technical vision of our projects, defining best practices, and leading the development team. You will take ownership of the entire development process, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product managers to strategize, plan, and deliver innovative solutions. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership, setting the foundation for scalable and high-performance applications.

Objectives of this Role

:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions while aligning with business objectives. Define and enforce best practices in development, testing, and deployment across all projects. Guide and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, estimate delivery timelines, and manage technical risks. Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.



Responsibilities

:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks. Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. Define the technical roadmap and architecture for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements. Set coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices for the team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Contribute to the development of key features and complex components, focusing on both front-end and back-end tasks. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security, applying best practices in coding and architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing quick and effective solutions. Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and professional growth. Conduct regular technical audits and code reviews to maintain consistency, quality, and performance across projects. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Facilitate regular team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth communication and effective project delivery. Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and code quality.



Required Skills

:
8+ years of experience Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js). In-depth experience with back-end frameworks: Node.js, Express, Python (Django, Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java/Spring Boot. Proficiency in databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform), and automated testing frameworks. Experience in Deployment and Server Management Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience working with Microsoft Azure for project management Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.



Additional Skills

:
Scrum Master Certification Experience with front-end frameworks like Svelte or Next.js. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
