We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Lead

with expertise in

.NET Core, Angular, and cloud-based architectures

to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, hands-on coding abilities, and proven experience in delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying web applications using

.NET Core and Angular

. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to understand requirements and design solutions.
Drive technical decision-making, enforce coding best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers.
Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and RESTful services.
Work closely with DevOps to ensure CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and application monitoring.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

8+ years

of software development experience, with at least

2+ years in a technical leadership role

. Strong hands-on experience in:
+

.NET Core / ASP.NET Core

(Web API, Entity Framework Core). +

Angular (v10 or later)

, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
+

RESTful API design and microservices architecture

.
Experience with

SQL Server

and/or other relational databases. Familiarity with

NoSQL databases

(MongoDB, Cosmos DB) is a plus. Experience with

cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

- preferably Azure. Strong understanding of

design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture

. Hands-on experience with

CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

. Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance tuning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Experience with

Agile/Scrum methodology

. Knowledge of

message queues/event-driven architectures

(e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus). Familiarity with

automated testing frameworks

(NUnit, xUnit, Jasmine, Karma). Exposure to

front-end state management libraries

(NgRx, Redux).
