TechGenzi is looking for a highly motivated TechLead with hands on experience in Full Stack Development (Tech stack: MEAN / MERN).
/ Responsibilities
Work involves all aspects of software development lifecycle - Design, code, test, deploy, maintain, enhance, and support for the product being developed.
Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend optimal technical solutions.
Developing technical specifications and architecture
Develop application modules independently through Writing clean, testable code meeting the coding & quality standards.
Task reprioritize based on technical feasibility and business needs.
Be a mentor to the junior resources and provide technical guidance, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
Conduct and participate in project planning & scheduling, design discussions, and provide assistance during testing.
Produce necessary technical documentation as per the project requirements.
Provide product demo to potential customers.
Preferred Skills / Experience
:
Good knowledge of Node.js, Express.js (or Sails.js), Angular (or React).
Need clear understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Typescript
Sound understanding of either RDBMS (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent).
Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP
Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing ReST APIs
Experience in Version control system like GIT
Experience in developing responsive web applications.
Knowledge of AWS, CI / CD, Gitflow, shell scripting, container solutions, docker
Experience with product development lifecycle (tools and process) like sonarcube, veracode
Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in local and remote Sprints.
Ability to support and maintain existing systems built on MEAN/MERN Stack.
Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships, including the impact of changes in one area on another area.
Minimum Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
5+ years of hands-on experience in MEAN/MERN Stack development
