Job Title: Technical Lead - Manufacturing & Quality

We're looking for a technical person to handle drawings, support CNC/VMC production, and ensure quality. The role includes checking and correcting drawings, guiding operators, solving machining issues, inspecting parts, and visiting customers to handle rejections and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Review and explain engineering drawings
- Coordinate production and support operators
- Troubleshoot machining/process issues
- Inspect parts as per drawing
- Handle customer rejections and give technical solutions

Requirements:

- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machining
- Strong drawing-reading & measurement skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
