Job Description

The Technical Lead - Liveable Places will be responsible for overseeing project delivery in the iCRC Liveable places team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and error-free outputs. The role involves technical mentorship, fostering professional growth within the team, and driving progress towards chartership.

Technical Leadership:

Develop approach to technical delivery in bids and projects. Specify resources for delivery, checking and approval of project deliverables Interface with UK Project Manager and Team Leaders to mobilise teams on projects

Mentorship and Training:

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to enhance team skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all deliverables from the GCC Liveable places team meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Implement robust quality control processes to identify and rectify errors promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align modelling standards with organizational goals.

Professional Development:

Encourage and support team members in their journey towards professional chartership. Provide resources and opportunities for professional development and certification. Recognize and reward progress and achievements in professional growth.
