Technical Lead
to spearhead projects and product development.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will create solutions using cutting edge technologies and best practices
You will engage with other leaders and make technical decisions regarding the solution and it's business outcome.
You will identify your audience and and explain a complex problem in layman's terms or with technical details
accordingly.You will have a strong presence at ground level working on and overlooking programming, integration, and testing of software systems and associated devices.
You will strategise optimum technical solution among all possible to solve the existing business problem statement.

Must haves
8-12 years of experience working with different architectures, tools & languages
Strong hands on experience in one or more languages such as Core Java, Java2EE, Golang, Javascript, Latest frameworks like ReactJs/NodeJs/Angular Js, Python, Scala
A balanced mix of technical and business skills
Readiness and capability of building an implementation from scratch to get a project off the ground and handover to development team
Articulate technical challenges to consulting clients in an engaging manner
An agile mindset. Experience or advocating concepts like Continuous development, TDD, extreme programming.
Good communication skills (technical/Non Technical)
* Experience with Gen AI implementation projects and AI will be a big thumbs-up
