We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6-8 years of hands-on experience to guide and manage our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS, PHP, database design, and experience in building Android mobile applications. This role requires leadership, ownership, and the ability to deliver robust, scalable solutions for our SaaS products used across India.
Key Responsibilities
l Lead and mentor the tech team, ensuring high-quality development and timely delivery.
l Architect, design, and develop scalable solutions across web and mobile platforms.
l Oversee backend development using
PHP, ReactJS
and ensure best practices for clean, maintainable code.
l Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on
AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.
).
l Review and optimise database structures, queries, and performance.
l Hands on experience in development of Android applications, ensuring stability and user-centric functionality.
l Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth releases and issue resolution. At times need to discuss with customers to understand the issues which support team is not able to solve.
l Implement security best practices, monitoring, and performance improvements.
l Take ownership of system uptime, reliability, and scalability.
l Drive innovation, evaluate new technologies, and implement improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
l 6-8 years of experience in software development.
l Strong hands-on expertise in PHP and backend architecture.
l Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and deployment pipelines.
l Solid knowledge of databases (MySQL), including optimization and schema design.
l Proven experience in
building and deploying Android mobile applications
.
l Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers.
l Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure scenarios.
l Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
Nice to Have
l Experience with API integrations involving MSOs or large-scale SaaS systems.
l Knowledge of
Flutter
or cross-platform frameworks.
l Understanding of DevOps practices.
