Job Description

Required Technical Skillset:-

Should possess strong technical and functional background and understanding of Banking product implementation Deep Expertise in cloud-native architecture, infrastructure design and DevOps Practices Should leverage modern technologies like Apache Kafka, Container orchestration and microservices architecture Implement process improvement initiatives and improve customer satisfaction Manages Cost and Budgets Addresses and solves conflict resolution. Capable to handle multiple stakeholders in large programs

MUST HAVE:-

Proficiency with Apache Kafka, Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools along with hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration
Strong knowledge of cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud native services
Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage
Prior exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST
Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
