We are seeking a talented

Senior Technology Lead/ Technology Lead

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL and SSIS packages. Prior experience in EDI specifically on Enrollment module is

mandatory

. Prior experience in QNXT is an added advantage. Excellent Logical/ Critical thinking skills are expected. Experience in AB Console is measured. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in applications. Lead development efforts and mentor junior developers. Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, testing, and deployment. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience in US Healthcare domain is required.
