Job Description

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using spring boot, python, and java. The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical solutions. (1.)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and implementation of software solutions using spring boot, python, and java.

2. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects within specified timelines.

4. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

5. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in spring boot, python, and java to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in developing web applications using spring boot, python, and java.

2. Proficiency in designing and implementing restful apis, microservices architecture, and database management systems.

3. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.

4. Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to address technical challenges.

6. Familiarity with cloud technologies, devops practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (ci/cd) pipelines.
