Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, guiding them through design, development, and delivery. Own and drive architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. Conduct technical reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce development best practices. Mentor and upskill team members through coaching, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Responsible for design, development, testing, debugging, deployment and requirements documentation at a expert level. Assists application architects in the creation of application, integration, and data architecture. Analyses business/ functional requirements and prepares development project schedule, tasks, and estimates. Collaborates with project team members to identify issues and risks associated with the design, implementation, and delivery of project assignments. Actively participate on PI Planning Give demo to the business team (End Users) Contribute to the technical discussions Actively participate on daily scrum meetings

Must have skills:

8+ years of hands-on development experience in:

Java 21

+

Spring Boot 3.x

(REST APIs, Spring Security, Spring Data, production microservices) API design, middleware, performance mindset; service reliability Strong automated testing:

JUnit 5 + Mockito

(Java) and modern .NET testing patterns

4+ years hands-on development experience in:

Python:

building production services (within overall 10+ years experience) Framework experience with

Django (5.x)

and/or

Flask (3.x)

; ability to design and maintain REST APIs Testing culture:
