Technical Lead - Java / Node.js (Healthcare Domain)

Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

React, Spring Boot, and Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

will be prioritized.

Note: Candidates from JNTU or Hyderabad are not eligible for this role. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

design and development

of distributed, secure applications using

Java (Spring Boot)

and

Node.js (Express/NestJS)

. Architect

microservices-based solutions

that enable healthcare interoperability using

FHIR/HL7 APIs

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, QA, DevOps, product owners) to deliver high-quality software. Build and maintain

RESTful APIs

for healthcare platforms like

Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts

. Ensure compliance with

HIPAA, GDPR

, and other regulatory standards. Drive

performance optimization

,

code reviews

, and

best coding practices

. Mentor and guide junior developers to achieve technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Languages:

Java (8/11/17), JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, React

Frameworks:

Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Express.js, NestJS, Hibernate/JPA

Integration:

REST, SOAP, Kafka, RabbitMQ, OAuth2, JWT, FHIR, HL7

Databases:

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle

Cloud Platforms:

AWS / Azure / GCP (Lambda, ECS, Kubernetes, RDS, S3)

DevOps Tools:

Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, Maven/Gradle

Healthcare Standards:

FHIR, HL7, CCD, HIPAA compliance

Testing:

JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Mocha, Postman

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience integrating

EHR/EMR systems

(Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.) Familiarity with

SMART on FHIR

FHIR servers

Knowledge of

GraphQL

Certifications in
