Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of

cloud-native, distributed applications

using Java and Spring Boot. Architect and implement

microservices-based solutions

deployed on

AWS

or

Azure

. Manage

containerization (Docker)

and

orchestration (Kubernetes / AKS / EKS)

for scalable deployments. Build and manage

real-time event streaming

and messaging pipelines using

Apache Kafka

. Design and optimize

NoSQL (MongoDB)

and

relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

. Oversee the

CI/CD pipeline

, ensuring automated builds, testing, and deployments. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, QA, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor the development team. Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and system reliability. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend relevant adoptions for product enhancement.
