Technical Lead

Within the matrix organization of the Engineering Competence Center, the Technical Lead responsible for design, implement, test and deploy SW features and contributing to developing, sustaining and supporting payment features in order to deliver software that meet requirements coming from a Business Lines (B/L), with the adequate quality and maturity level, within schedule and budget.

Qualifications: BE / B Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication or equivalent discipline with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Working experience in Defense\\military\\Aerospace products development is desirable.

As a Full Stack Senior Lead within Thales you will:

Mentor a team of Full stack developers. This means helping then coding whenever they are without solution on their tickets, face problems on their tests, face environment problems to allow the team to reach smoothly the sprint objectives.

Work within in a Scrum team with other software developers, in Agile mode

Contribute to the requirement definition, to the software design and be involved with the architectural aspects of the digital solutions

Write well-designed, documented and testable code

Design, implement and test features with scalability, performance, and deployment/operation and end-user experience in mind

Make estimations and give inputs for planning together with the team members

Minimum Skills/Experience:

Play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction, ensuring code quality, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

Experience in developing Backend Technologies with NodeJS

Experience in developing Front end with Angular

Good Experience with orchestration and containerization tools such as Kubernetes and Docker

Good Experience in developing REST APIs

Good experience in writing unit and end to end test cases

Good Experience in DevSecOps approach

Must follow and support agile methodologies and practices by actively participating in all SCRUM ceremonies
