Position Summary
The Technical Lead IT - Infrastructure will be responsible for supporting various IT Projects, Environments and Critical tickets. Project and stakeholder management ensuring seamless execution of IT Projects. Technical expertise in Complete Microsoft 365 Suite must have for this position (SSO, SPO, OD, MS Teams, PowerShell, Intune, Email Security, Exchange, Purview and IAM
are few to mention). Ability to frontend, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various applications and Microsoft 365 services.
Responsibilities

• Expertise in Microsoft Entra Suite, including IAM, SSO, App Registration, AD Connect,
• and Tenant Migrations.
• Apps and Tools:
• Entra ID, Exchange Online, MS Teams Collaboration, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• MS Licensing, Purview, SPO Governance, Conditional access, DLP, PIM, AAD
• Connect, Intune Security Baselines and compliance policies.
• Platform Security: LAPS, break-glass resilience, ransomware protection, M365 backup
• strategy.
• Compliance & eDiscovery: Implement Microsoft Purview legal hold, Core/Advanced
• eDiscovery workflows, audit, investigation procedures, and evidence preservation.
• Migrations: Lead Google Workspace $B"*(B OneDrive/SPO migrations with attention to
• metadata (Project Management, tooling selection, mapping, and validation).
• Messaging (EXO) and Email Security:
• Experience in email auth protocols (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) for enhanced security.
• Knowledge of Mimecast for email security and threat protection.
• Knowledge of CrowdStrike for endpoint security and threat detection.

Internal Focus: Microsoft 365 Endpoint & Collaboration Lead

• (Intune SharePoint OneDrive Teams Exchange Online Licensing Security)
• Owned the architecture, rollout, and governance of the Microsoft 365 stack-spanning
• endpoint management (Intune/Windows), collaboration (SPO/OD/Teams), messaging (EXO
• + Mimecast), identity (Entra ID), and compliance (Purview/eDiscovery).
• Drive least-privilege
• access, automation, and cost-optimized licensing while keeping user experience simple
• and secure.
• Implementation of IT Migration projects (T2T, Google Workspace) and Critical incident
• handling.
• Knowledge of Mac, JAMF & Compliance (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA) would be a plus.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Endpoint & Collaboration Architect
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), IAM, and M365 migrations.
• Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint migrations.
• Email security best practices, cloud security, and endpoint protection tools.
• IT Migration Projects and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of migration tools like Sharegate, BitTitan, Quest, or MS Migration Manager.
• Knowledge of SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001 process and compliance.
