Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide our engineering team in building scalable, high-performance software solutions. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring delivery of quality projects, fostering innovation, and driving alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Define technical architecture, set coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Oversee full project lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Drive adoption of modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
Proactively identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and performance challenges, providing effective solutions.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.
Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product-driven development.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
