Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Leader with a strong background in Core Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React JS, Node JS, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing client communication, and ensuring high-quality project delivery within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers and guide them in technical and project-related matters.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java technologies.

- Oversee front-end and back-end development efforts, ensuring seamless integration.

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

- Review code for quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards.

- Manage task assignments, timelines, and deliverables for the development team.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and suggest improvements in system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring Boot, Hibernate.

- Hands-on experience in React JS and Node JS for front-end and API development.

- Excellent understanding of MySQL and database design principles.

- Experience in RESTful APIs and web application development.

- Ability to lead and motivate a technical team.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹696,802.30 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
