Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a

Tech Lead (Node.js + React.js)

to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building

real-time scalable web applications

with features like

video calling, chat, and payment integration

, along with solid expertise in

AWS

and

PostgreSQL

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-stack development using

Node.js

(backend) and

React.js

(frontend). Design and maintain scalable

microservice-based architectures

. Implement and optimize

video calling (WebRTC)

and

real-time chat systems

. Integrate and manage

payment gateways

(Stripe, Razorpay, etc.). Manage

AWS infrastructure

- EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, etc. Optimize performance and ensure high availability of applications. Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure coding best practices. Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams for smooth delivery.

Required Skills:

WebRTC, Socket.IO, REST/GraphQL APIs

PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS Services

CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions

Strong understanding of

system design, scalability, and performance

Experience leading a tech team and managing end-to-end delivery
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
