- Demonstrate strong leadership with 8+ years of software development experience.
- Architect and scale frontend solutions, especially in digital commerce environments.
- Design and implement micro frontend architectures.
- Proficient in NextJS, React, GraphQL, and building component libraries/design systems.
- Advanced skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern tooling (Webpack, Babel).
- Develop server-side logic using Node.js and integrate APIs (tRPC, REST, GraphQL).
- Implement and integrate headless CMS, Product Discovery, and third-party SaaS with headless frontends.
- Optimize web performance across devices and browsers, with CDN experience (Akamai, Cloudfront, etc.).
- Apply conversion optimization strategies, A/B testing, and analytics for eCommerce.
- Ensure web security best practices are designed and implemented.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and serverless/front-end deployments (Vercel, Netlify).
