Within the matrix organization of the Engineering Competence Center, the Senior/Lead Engineer is in charge of the software development activities (Requirement Capturing, Design, Code), in order to deliver software that meet requirements coming from a Business Lines (B/L), with the adequate quality and maturity level, within schedule and budget..

Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication or equivalent discipline with 8 to 14 years of relevant experience.

Working experience in Defense\\military\\Aerospace products development is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior / Technical Lead, you will be a major actor in the software development phase using object-oriented approach with C++. In more details:

Software engineering, object oriented principles, Design patterns and best practices across all phases of software development

Ensure software development (analysis, specification, Code, Test implementation, integration, validation and verification) according to Medical standard

Requirement (HLR, LLR), Software development from software requirements as per standard

Peer review & Debugging on cross compiler platform. And Debugging and resolving complex problems by using Tests Benches and Tools

Regression, unit, integration testing and Ensure quality deliveries

Focus on timely delivery with quality and cost

Participate in an AGILE team involved in the development

Apply and comply with the configuration management process

Cascade trustable information to the Senior/Lead Engineers

Comply with Organizational policies

Minimum Skills/Experience:

Should have overall 8 to 14 years engineering experiences in embedded software development

Should be strong in Operating systems, writing HLR/LLR (UML) and Coding, object-oriented programming and strong in & C++ programming language

Should have experience in SOLID principles and design patterns and driving electronic devices (EEPROM, RTC, IMU)

Good knowledge of RTX internals Files system and Cross Compilation and Good experience of TCP/IP protocol stack and UDP network protocol

Good experience in configuration management tool i.e: GIT (Bitbucket)l / IC Jenkins / SonarQube / JIRA.

Knowledge about i2C, SPI, NFC and standards like: IEC62304, IEC60601-1, FIPS 140-2
