About The Role:
We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering for all internal digital tools (dashboards, automation, AI features).
Architect scalable systems for multi-country operations.
Lead the team of developers + data engineers and collaborate with Bas/BIEs.
Own end-to-end delivery, sprints, and quality.
Design and maintain APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
Implement best practices in CI/CD, security, testing, and documentation.
Interact with business teams to translate needs into tech solutions.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have Skills
Strong backend engineering (Python, Node, Java, etc).
Experience with cloud (Azure/GCP/AWS).
Data engineering concepts (SQL, pipelines, ETL/ELT).
System design and architecture.
Marketplace API integration knowledge (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify).
Leadership, strong communication and Bias for Action
Nice - to- have Skills
Experience with AI/ML pipelines.
Previously built internal analytics tools.
Retail/e-commerce exposure.
