Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Lead - .NET

to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure best practices across the .NET technology stack while collaborating closely with business and project stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

Lead architecture, design, and development of .NET-based applications Make technical decisions and define coding standards and best practices Review code and ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions
Development & Delivery

Hands-on development using

C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core

Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices Ensure performance optimization and application scalability Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team in resolution
Team & Collaboration

Mentor and guide junior and senior developers Conduct code reviews and technical knowledge-sharing sessions Work closely with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Business teams
Process & Quality

Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices Promote DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation Maintain technical documentation and design artifacts
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

Strong expertise in

C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core

Experience with

ASP.NET MVC / Web API

Strong knowledge of

SQL Server

and database design Experience with

Entity Framework / Dapper

Knowledge of

REST APIs

, Microservices architecture Familiarity with

Azure / AWS

(preferred) Experience with

CI/CD tools

, Git, and DevOps practices
Soft Skills

Strong leadership and mentoring skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cloud-native application development Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React, or JavaScript) Knowledge of security best practices and performance tuning Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
