Tech Lead (Backend - Java & Golang)

Tech Lead

who can

architect, code, and lead

Responsibilities

Own and lead the

backend architecture and core system design

Guide and mentor a team of backend developers Make informed trade-offs across

architecture, scalability, and delivery speed

Collaborate closely with product teams to build for real user needs Step into infrastructure or DevOps tasks when needed (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, cloud environments)

Requirements

5+ years of backend development experience

in fast-paced, product-focused companies

Hands-on experience with both Java and Golang

mandatory

Proven experience as a

Tech Lead or Software Architect

, leading engineering teams Strong understanding of

API design

,

database systems

(SQL & NoSQL) Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS or GCP),

CI/CD pipelines

, and tools like

Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes

Ability to write

clean, maintainable code

and conduct

thorough code reviews
