Role and Responsibilities:
You will be part of Autosar ECU Integration team in MBRDI
Participate and provide Inputs and recommendations into Framework design choices, tools and methodology.
Architectural explorations on AUTOSAR BSW
Influence next-gen Framework architectures and design for ECU Integration.
Understand the AUTOSAR requirements and validate the Stack against the services required by Automotive Applications.
Drive complex technical issues to closure that may occur interacting with cross teams as well as Tool vendors.
What you bring to the table:
Good understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and module interactions.
Integration experience of AUTOSAR communication stack and Diagnostic stack, OS understanding
Rich experience in AUTOSAR practice with different vendor stacks (Vector, EB) tools and Methodologies
Good Knowledge of various communication protocols - CAN and LIN
Good Knowledge on Diagnostic Stacks - DCM and DEM
Good knowledge on Safety & Security Stacks, SSA, Crypto and related modules
Good working experience in various microcontrollers
Good experience and comfortable working with large codebases and its hacking for quick prototyping/experimentations
Strong Embedded C Programming & Debugging skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Proactive and self-motivated
Passion for state-of-the art software engineering practices such as CI/CD, TDD, Everything-as-Code, DevOps. Preferably experienced in Agile way of working
Excitement for being part of something new, building new from the scratch
Readiness to accept challenges and push the boundaries
Good communication skills and ability to work in & contribute as a good team player
Mentor team members and create a positive influence in the team. Spread your knowledge and experience in the team, with Product ownership and Leadership at the core
Experience in the automotive field and exposure of multi-cultural environment is an added advantage
Basic knowledge on German language preferably

Qualifikationen
Your unique differentiators:
Experience in AUTOSAR-BSW-Configuration of the Vector-AUTOSAR4-Microsar-Stack at different levels (CAN, LIN, DCM, DEM, COM, SEC, OBD and Safety)
Backtracking of faulty functional behavior to corresponding BSW-Configuration (e.g. Gateway-Routing-Latencies => Increase of Buffers)

Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering with 7-10 yrs. of relevant work experience
