Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the successful delivery of projects in the sports analytics domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASP.NET WebForms, MySQL, .NET Core, AJAX, jQuery, and Web API, with a proven ability to lead technical teams and ensure project milestones are met. Knowledge of the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical development of sports analytics projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data analysts, and designers, to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Architect, develop, and optimize applications using ASP.NET WebForms, .NET Core, AJAX, jQuery, and Web API.

- Design and maintain databases in MySQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval for analytics purposes.

- Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance across all projects.

- Utilize ELK stack for monitoring, logging, and analytics, if applicable, to enhance system performance and data visibility.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and support in project tasks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on ASP.NET WebForms, .NET Core, MySQL, AJAX, jQuery, and Web API.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams, with strong project management and communication skills.

- Solid understanding of front-end and back-end web development.

- Hands-on experience with the ELK stack is a plus.

- Familiarity with the sports analytics domain is beneficial.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications in .NET development, project management, or related areas.
