Job Title: IT Technical Specialist - CV Reviewer & Interviewer : As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by evaluating and assessing the suitability of candidates\' resumes for IT positions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that submitted CVs meet the job requirements and align with the organization\'s hiring criteria. You will collaborate closely with the IT recruitment team to identify top talent for various technical roles. You will be provided with JD and a list of the CVs. You need to spend time shortlisting the candidate by reviewing the CV and if necessary, calling the candidate to clarify and make sure the CV fits into the role specified in the JD. We are looking for trusted and knowledgeable people to take remote technical interviews for new candidates at Artiscien. The interviews will be conducted over Google Meet/Zoom etc. at timeslots convenient for the interviewer. Interviews can be done anytime, including early morning or after office hours or on weekends. : As an IT Recruitment CV Reviewer and interviewer, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by evaluating and assessing the suitability of candidates\' resumes for IT and non-IT positions (like Sales, content creation etc.). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that submitted CVs meet the job requirements and align with the organization\'s hiring criteria in terms of technical skills. You will collaborate closely with the IT recruitment team to identify top talent for various technical roles. You will have two responsibilities: You will be provided with JD and a list of the CVs. You need to spend time shortlisting the candidate by reviewing the CV and if necessary, calling the candidate to clarify and make sure the CV fits into the role specified in the JD. It will take 15 to 20 min per candidate. You will be provided with the JD and CV of the candidate. You need to find out if the candidate is good technically. Key Responsibilities: CV Screening and interview: Review and assess candidate CVs to determine their qualifications, skills, experience, and alignment with the job specifications. The CV provided will be in your domain of expertise. Matching Skills: Ensure that candidates possess the necessary technical skills, certifications, and qualifications required for the IT positions. Alignment with : Cross-reference CVs with job descriptions and evaluate if candidates meet the specific requirements outlined for each role. Communication Skills: Evaluate candidates\' written communication skills and attention to detail by assessing their CV presentation, grammar, and formatting. Feedback and Documentation: Provide constructive feedback to candidates regarding their CVs, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements when necessary. Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT recruitment team to discuss shortlisted candidates, share insights, and refine the selection process. Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving job market demands to better understand the industry landscape. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, process requirements, and industry standards in the CV review process. Qualifications: Mandatory Minimum 10 years of experience in IT (Developer, Tester, Architect etc.) or non-IT (Sales, Finance etc.) domain. Mandatory You need to be proficient in at least one of the following: Nodejs, React, PHP, Golang, Python,Selenium etc. Mandatory Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms is a plus. Mandatory Proven experience in IT and non-IT domains or a similar role, with a strong understanding of relevant skills and terminology. Mandatory Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Mandatory Strong written and verbal communication skills. Mandatory Ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates. Mandatory Familiarity with IT industry trends, certifications, and job market dynamics. Mandatory A commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of candidate information. Mandatory Excellent time management and organizational skills.
