About the Role



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Technical IT Recruiter

with proven expertise in the U.S. staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across diverse technologies. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills to deliver top talent to our clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, career goals, visa status, and cultural fit. Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements, technical needs, and priorities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, and negotiating offers. Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with U.S. hiring laws, client requirements, and company policies. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate with the HR and operations team for onboarding and smooth candidate transitions.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8-10 years of experience as a

Technical IT Recruiter

in the U.S. staffing/recruitment industry. Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trends. Proficiency in using job boards, ATS, and professional networking platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements. Knowledge of U.S. work authorizations (U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.). Prior experience working with Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients.
